- Almost everyone in the family gets adequate sleep and rest. Mr. Najar gets less sleep on sometimes, while the rest of the family sleeps for approximately
eight to ten hours. They claimed that they do not have a regular workout regimen and that the only exercises they can think of are walking. It frequently
occurs when the father or mother walks their children to school and returns home. Another is Mr. Najar work, as well as playing with the children at home.
Despite the family's financial insecurity as a result of the father's inconsistent job and inability to place enough food on the table, the mother and father do
their best to be decent parents to their children. On the other hand, both parents get up early every day. The father goes to work, while the mother cooks
and cleans the house; however, she does not perform these things if she is sick. Both parents struggle to fulfil their responsibilities despite the difficulties
they confront. They thought that communication between husband and wife is crucial. The family is Muslim a religious one and they think that God/Allah
