AICF Registration:
All Indian players must be registered with AICF for the year 2023-24 before the registration
deadline to participate in the tournament. All players are to forward FIDE ID and AICF
registration ID along with entry. Those who not registered with AICF, required to do AICF
registration online at https://prs.aicf.in/players before sending their entry registration

FOR REGISTRATION :
Normal Entry fee : ₹ 1900/- ( Nineteen hundred only ). Please note entry fee is valid till
20th OCTOBER 2023 . Thereafter late fee of ₹ 500/- ( Five Hundred Only ) along with
entry fee will…be entertained after 20th October 2023.

ACCOMODATION :
Sufficient Dormitory Accommodation in venue available for participant / accompanying

Electronic Devices:
All electronic items including all type of wrist watches are not allowed in the
tournament hall.

System of Play:
The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss System
with 10 rounds

Time Control :
90 Minutes plus 30 second increment from move 1.

Default Time (Walk Over Time):

The default time will be 15 minutes
Tie Break:
Tie Break according to latest AICF guideline.

In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect. The Cash prizes
however will not be shared.

Protests :
Protests, if any against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be made
in writing with a protest fee Rs. 2000 ( Two Thousand Only ) within
30 minutes of the occurrence of the incident to the appeals committee.
The protest fee will be refunded if the appeal is upheld.

Appeals Committee :
Five members appeals committee shall be formed. No member of the
committee can vote on dispute in which a player from himself is involved
and in such cases, the reserve can take his place in the committee.

Withdrawals :
A player can withdraw at any stage of the event after informing Chief arbiter in
writing.

COVID - - STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

* All Necessary precautions and the standard Operating Procedures with
respect to COVID-must be followed strictly

* Wearing mask is compulsory, hands must be sanitized and social

distance has to be maintained
