JUSTICE JOHN INYANG OKORO WILL
COORDINATE THE PANEL

Justice Okoro has already agreed to play the ball in

favour of Tinubu. He is currently coordinating three
other Justices of the Supreme Court who as at this
moment are insists on following the electoral act
and the constitution.

There are a total of 11 Justice currently in the

Supreme Court. Your CJN being a well known
Tinubu’s man, and Kekere Ekun who has a
relationship with Atiku through her husband who is
a serving board member of American University of
Nigeria, Yola, owned by Atiku have both recused
themselves to avoid conflict of interest.

Justice Inyang Okoro is trying hard to convince 3

other Justices to back Tinubu so that they can get a
unanimous judgement from all the 7 justices
required by Law to be on the panel.

However, the other 3 including himself making them

4 have been blackmailed to submission by the DSS
lead by the N0t0r!0us YUSUF BICHI.

Also, the Nigerian Attorney General, Yusuf Fagbemi

is the one orchestrating the plans as the middle
man between Tinubu's camp and the Supreme
Court through Justice Inyang Okoro.

The matter has been complicated by the steadfast

commitment of these three 3 Justices to uphold the
rules set forth in the electoral act and the
constitution. This has created challenges for Justice
Okoro and the Chief Justice of Nigeria, considering
the limited number of justices available at the
Supreme Court.

Currently, there are 11 Justices in total, but with the

recusal of both Chief Justice Olukayode Ariwoola
and Justice Kekere-Ekun due to conflicts of interest,
only nine remain from which seven must be
selected.

If these three 3 Justices continue to insist on

following the law without compromise, there will be
only six 6 Justices available, falling short of the
seven 7 required by Law.

The situation remains fluid, and we anticipate

further developments regarding the composition of
the panel.
