School Monitoring and Evaluation and Adjustments

Monitoring and evaluation are ways of systematically measuring and assessing programmed activities and results. Their purpose
is to check on the progress of implementation and outputs systematically. They help to determine when a program is going to
plan and when changes may be needed. Provide constant feedback on the extent to which the project are achieving their goals.
Identify potential problems at an early stage and propose possible solutions. Evaluate the extent to which the project can achieve
its general goals.
