HOW IS IT MADE?
Modern ovens are made using stainless
steel, glass, and electronic components.
Stainless steel is used because of
durability and heat resistance for outer
casting. Heat retaining materials are used
for the lining of inner
chamber(ceramic,metal)
Glass panels as doors allow visibility
during cooking.
Electronic controls and heating elements
regulate temperature and cooking
functions.
convection fans, sensors, and touch-
screen displays are some additional
features for a better cooking experience
WHAT IS THEIR WORKING MECHANISM?
The ovens convert electrical energy into
heat to cook the food.
Once a desired temperature is set on the
oven's control panel, the electronic
thermostat activates heating elements
inside the oven. These elements, made of
alloys, start giving heat.
heat is then circulated by convection fans,
ensuring even distribution within the
chamber.
As the temperature rises, the sensor
monitors it and adjusts the heating
elements accordingly to maintain the
desired temperature.
This controlled heat cooks the food placed
inside the oven, resulting in cooked
dishes.
