I am writing to inform you that my daughter Khalyce Clementine Rodriguez was

not able to attend her classes due to a sore eye. She started feeling itchy in her eyes

last Wednesday, and her cough is getting worst. I took her to the doctor, and she was

diagnosed with an allergy infection. He was prescribed some medication and advised to

rest at home for at least two days.
