 Khi có quá nhiều thông tin:
 Gây nhiễu, khó xử lí để đưa ra quyết định
 Xem xét thông tin nào có lợi nhất cho bệnh nhân (vd: lợi ích > tác dụng phụ) để
đưa ra quyết định
3. Quy trình thông tin thuốc:
 B1: Thu thập thông tin
 B2: Xử lí thông tin
 B3: Triển khai thông tin
 Trong 3 bước, bước 2 là khó nhất vì khi có quá nhiều thông tin khác nhau sẽ
khó xử lí
 Hướng khắc phục: Xem xét thông tin nào có lợi hơn cho BN
