Short Summary on this Subject

In this subject (GEPEHEF), we focused on the sport named badminton.


We learned the history and how the people play it during the time when the technology
is not that advance unlike in our generation. We watched and make videos on how to
properly hold the racket, different types of serves while playing it. We also learned that
there are a lot of rules while playing this kind of sport. But in this subject we didn’t spent
our time studying everything about badminton. We also do some warm up exercises and
compute our heart rate like what is our heart rate before doing specific exercises, during
that exercises and when at rest.
For me, I often play this kind of sport and when I play it, I do it with my
cousins for fun only. I never thought that there are a lot of things needed to consider in
playing. I had fun learning things about the sport badminton but it is sad that we need to
study it through online classes. I think it will be more fun and better if we can really play
it at school.
