Deputy Leader = VP
Management filter standards: Time is more important than experience. It will take
time to train an excellent management team.
Manage Group Leader Command Leader
From each mission, you will find active members to invite and train. Start from the
basics and improve the management ability step by step.
1. Pay attention to the group’s overall power and train new players. This also allows you to attract powerful
newcomers.
2. While doing daily missions (sieging a Castle or fighting), find those highly active members and let them
try to manage the team, training them in the process.
3. Establish a system that recruits and trains associates. The core management starts from a group leader
(managing 30 to 50 players) to a team leader (managing 5 to 10 players).
4. Assign tasks to those whom you trust, and then trust them to get things done right.
