Purpose of Excersize
This exercise was designed to help you process through your thoughts. It may help, it
may not, everyone has a unique way of processing their thoughts and feelings.

Safe Space
You have the freedom to express yourself here. You also have the right to share
as much as you want and comfortable sharing with me. However, if you share
any information that is harmful to yourself or to others, I would have to disclose
the information to a professional for the safety of everyone.

Privacy
All the information you share here will only be seen by yourself and by me.
Neither of your peers will have access to this. However, if there is some
concerning information, a professional might have to see it.

Reassurance
This booklet will be stored in a safe spot where no one else, especially your peers
can find it. It could be locked up or stored in a space no one else has access to
other than myself. If you are worried about others finding it, please let me know.
