Automatic oilless air generator (free maintenance type)

Product features:
In air generator market, most models use molecular sieve and discolor silica gel as desiccants, the desiccants need manual regeneration or manual
replacement with new materials every 15-45 running days due to water saturation. Moisture increase in output air will lower instrument detection limit.
Then user will have to regenerate or replace the desiccants then purge the pipeline in at least hall to one day’s time, obviously such maintenance lowers
user’s working efficiency, increases redundant job to all users.
Our generator solves the said demerit, the same desiccants don’t need manual regeneration and manual replacement at all. The regeneration is done by
the baker inside generator automatically, user’s job proceeds as usual during regeneration period, no interruption. There’s a transparent tube containing
discolor silica gel in the generator, this is a indicator, not for removing water, when silica gel becomes pink, it tells user generator overloads or baker fails
and needs repair.

Product description:
1. Low noise built-in oilless air pumps, zero pressure startup, automatic pressure discharge. Pump is more durable
2. Gas tanks and pipes use premium stainless steel materials, no yellow rust water is discharged
3. Air filtration steps: First step: before pump 3 steps oil / water separators, automatic and manual drainage are
available Second step: after pump, air is delivered to nebulization moisture trap for deep drying, automatic
drainage before entering air tank. Manual drainage is available, too.
4. Plug and play, one button startup and air production, suitable for unattended continuous 24 hours running mode
5. Automatic standby and wake up functions. When small (or no) air consumption, generator stops automatically and
supply from built-in air tank; when big air consumption, generator restarts automatically.
6. Overheat protection, overcurrent protection, safety valve
7. No silica gel is used, no other consumables are required in yearlong running
8. In case of overheat, pump powers off automatically, and restart after cooling down.
9. Working environment temperature 0-45℃, RH ≤85%, no obvious dust pollution and corrosive gases in ambient
environment.

Remarks:
User may choose removing the built-in pump, and purchase only the left parts, we call it THC remover. It can be used to deeply
remove THC (total HydroCarbons) in gases of air, N2, Ar, He etc.
