1. The in-person meeting started at around 10:00 AM with a warm welcome Mr. Daniel
L. Manuel
2. Presentation of goals and objectives of the day’s meeting.

Narratives:
The meeting started at around 10:00 A.M. with a warm welcome. Mr. Daniel L.
Manuel, the speaker, presented the meeting objectives. The speaker also introduced himself
as the new class adviser due to the former adviser’s transfer to another school. The speaker
also presented 3rd grading’s current attendance to call the attention of the parents whose
students are having trouble with the attendance. Updates about the school uniform were also
the topics that was discussed during the PTA-Meeting. Class necessities like trash bins and
class table were laid as an objective this 3 rd Grading. Lastly, certificates were also awarded to
some students – awards such as With Honors and Perfect Attendance. The meeting ended at
around 10:57 AM
