Greetings!

We are writing to you with a proposal for a fundraising event for our school. We intend to raise
funds to provide the College Student Council and Supreme Student Government with the necessary
materials for the valentine’s day.

The school organizes this event every year to help raise money for important projects, and this year
we are looking to improve the program, we believe that enthusiastic bode well for the overall well-
being of the students’ expressions through event remains important for their talents and creativity.
We, College Student Council Officers, are planning to ask fifty pesos voluntary fee for each student in
College Department. And whoever give a donation of this amount will be given plus points incentives
in 3LP (Lifelong Life-Wide Learning Program) by the subject adviser.

We shall be thankful to you if you take interest in this project, and allow us to conduct this event.
We are looking forward to your positive response.
