1. The application form must be accompanied with following documents. Tick "Yes" if attached.

b. Demand draft/Pay Order worth Rs. 1000/- (Non Refundable) in favor of Principal Cadet College

c. Attested photocopies of Domicile/Local Certificate of Father/ Guardian. (Yes/No)
d. Attested photocopy of Form "B" of the candidate. (Yes/No)
e. Attested computerized NIC of Father/ Guardian (if father not alive). (Yes/No)
f. Attested copy of Result card of class VII (for admission in Class VIII). (Yes/No)
f. Attested copy of mark sheet of matric (for admission in Class XI). (Yes/No)

2. Hope certificate duly signed by Principal of concerned school is also required for result awaiting candidates
of class VIII and Class XI.

3. All documents produced by the candidate will be verified by commissioner Makran division/ Balochistan
authorities and will be accepted only if certified as true documents.

4. a. Admission form must be submitted through registered post/ couriers service/by hand addressed to
the Principal Cadet College Ormara at Jinnah Naval Base Ormara, Distt Gwadar.
b. The college will not accept any liability for delay/ loss etc. of admission form, for any reason.

5. Incomplete application and the applications of those who are underage/ overage or applications with any of
the documents required but not submitted shall not be entertained.

NOTE: Incase father is not alive; the domicile certificate of the Guardian will be required along with an
affidavit from Guardian on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- attested by gazzetted officer (BPS-17 & above) stating that the
father of the candidate is not alive and since then the deponent has been the legal Guardian and will be responsible
for all matters of the candidate. The relationship of the Guardian with the candidate should also be clearly indicated.

INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
