AVADOX ) 100mg / Capsule
Sig: [Please avoid unilab/ritemed/tetracycline] Once a day. Take 1 capsule after
lunch. For 2 months. Possible side e ects include mild nausea or stomach ache.
Make sure to take on after a meal to minimize these side e ects.

3 Spironolactone ( ALDACTONE ) 50mg / Tablet #60

Sig: Take 1 tablet after lunch for 2 months, make sure to drink water regularly to
avoid dehydration and headaches (1.5 liters per day). Expected side e ects include
mild breast tenderness and menstrual changes.

4 Azelaic Acid ( SKINOREN GEL OR CREAM) 150mg/g / Topical Gel #1

Sig: Apply at night on the face and upper part of the jawline (not on the neck).
Please use 1/2 nger tip amount. For the jawline, please use 1/4 nger tip amount +
1/2 nger tip amount of moisturizer. Start on MWF nights, then may increase to
nightly as tolerated.
