agree to pay a registration fee of P60.00.
I have considered the benefits that shall derived from the participation of my daughter with the understanding that
necessary safety measures/ precautions shall be taken. However, I shall not hold the GSP Board and Staff liable if, after
such safety measures taken untoward incidents happen.
