ON-THE-SPOT POSTER-MAKING CONTEST - GUIDELINES:

A. Categories
1. Junior High School (Grade 7-10)
2. Senior High School (Grade 11-12)

B. Materials needed
1. 1/8 illustration Board
2. Pencil, Sharpener and Eraser
3. Oil Pastel or any coloring materials
4. Pentel Pen

C. Time limit is one hour in all levels (1:00PM-2:30PM)


D. The topic and other specific rules will be announced right at the start of
the contest.
E. Late contestants may be allowed to participate but have to finish their
artwork within the time remaining of the one hour and thirty minutes time
limit.

ORIGINALITY 20%
NEATNESS 10%
