ON THE SPOT COLLAGE MAKING CONTEST FOR ELEMENTARY

LEVEL
Guidelines:

1. Two (2) participants per district (1 for public school and 1 for private
school) only are allowed and must registered before the contest proper.
2. The collage shall revolve around the theme which will be announced by
the contest administrator during the contest proper.
3. Use any indigenous and recyclable materials (includes, raw materials,
newspapers, magazines, straw, cans, and other discarded materials)
4. Bring the needed materials like pair of scissors, marking pen, and glue
except rugby.
5. Borrowing of materials from other contestant is not allowed.
6. Use illustration board mount the material.
7. Duration of the contest should not exceed two (2) hours.
8. A deduction of 1% of the total score shall be deducted every 1 minute
excess of time.
9. Each output shall be identified by a number not the name of the school
for judging purposes.
10.
The decision of the judges is final and irrevocable.

3. Finished outputs should not contain any label of the theme.
