GENERAL RULES
• All the participants are required to get themselves registered; else, they will not be
entertained.
• Last day for internal registration will be 16th March 2023
• For external participants, the last day for registration is 17th March 2023.
• All participants are required to be on time else their registration will stand cancelled.
• Information regarding the events will be available at the Registration Desk too.
• Entries in the particular event will be strictly on a first-come basis.
• All participants are required to report to the venue 30 minutes prior to the
commencement of a particular event.
• Late entries will not be allowed.
• All entries must reach the registration desk an hour before the event. Late entries are
not allowed.
• The college authorities reserve the right to alter any of the rules due to time constraint.

• The judge's decision will be final. Clarifications regarding the judgment will not be
entertained.
• Props, dresses, stationery, special equipment, etc. will not be provided and will not be
compensated as well.

Because sheets and walls get too mainstream, try your painting skill on the face of your
teammate!
• Participants should bring their own colors, brushes, etc. No other additional props are
allowed.
• Time limit is 1 hour 30mins. Any team who exceeds the time limit will be disqualified on
the spot.
• Themes: “Individually we are a drop, but together we are an ocean.” and G20.
• Participants will be judged on the basis of creativity, uniqueness, and interpretation and
clarity of the theme, to the viewer.
● Play should revolve around a social cause or convey any social message.
● Judgment will be based on timing, usage of space, dialogue delivery, expressions, and
connection with the audience.
● Participants have to bring their own props. Use of any electronic gadget, fire, smoke
machine, lights, mikes, or any other bulky props is not allowed.
• The photograph should depict the theme- Culture, Wildlife, Nature, Travel,
Lifestyle,Jazbaa
• A caption must be given for the photograph.
• Only one entry is allowed per photographer.
• The photograph must be original & no watermark of any kind should be on the
photograph.
• Participants may submit colored or black & white photographs.
• The photograph must be of the highest resolution possible.
• It can be landscape\portrait mode.
• No editing, adjustments, or cropping is allowed. If done then the participant will be
disqualified.
• Adult content of any kind will not be entertained & would lead to direct disqualification.
• The photograph should be self-clicked &the caption should not be copied. The
photograph must be sent on or before 17th March 2023 with the following details:
i. Name
ii. Age
iii. Profession (student/working)
iv. College /institute name
v. Caption of photograph
vi. Camera details
vii. Contact number
‘ART BUZZ (Cartooning)’
“Bring out the creativity inside you and make an outstanding advertisement of your own. Be it
hilarious or sensitive, be it just your creativity and ad sense.”
• Participants shall be judged on the basis of spontaneity, content, and adherence to the
topic, on-stage presentation, coordination and overall appeal of the advertisement.
• The caution should be taken to refrain from displaying obscenity, violence, prejudice,
defamation etc. in Advertisement.
• Any form of obscenity will lead to debarring the team from the contest.
• Teams have to bring their soundtracks& also, should submit their audio at least 1 day
prior on a CD or a pen drive.
• Shall bring their own props & costumes, college won’t provide anything!
• Any type of crackers, or bursting props are not allowed for the attention of the crowd if
any team uses them. It will be disqualified.
Rules &Regulations: -
• No musical instruments will be provided by the college but if required, participants need
to carry their own instruments, and should be played by themselves only.
• If background music is required prior notification is necessary and the participant need to
carry the Music CD or Pen-drive to be played.
• Participants must coordinate with the coordinators to get their CDs/ pen drive fixed 1 hr
before the event.
• Use of indecent words and foul language will lead to disqualification.
● It is an individual competition.
● Time limit is 10 minutes (in case of fewer entries) otherwise 4-5 Minutes per person.
● Participants will be judged on the basis of content, fluency, spontaneity, presentation &
sense of humor.
● No participant can point out any individual or religion in any way, and any dual-meaning
obscene content is strictly not allowed.
• There are various weight classifications in Tug of War, and the mass of the eight people
combined must not weigh more than that determined by the category that they are
placed in. The rope used should be of a circumference of approximately 11 cm equals
(4.33 inches) and should be marked in the middle with a center line as well as two marks
that should be placed 4m (13.12 feet) from the center line.
• At the start of the pull, the center line of the rope should be immediately above the line
marked on the ground.
• Both teams pull the rope, the winner being the team who manages to pull the mark on
the rope closest to their opponents over the center line.
• The rope must be pulled underarm and nobody’s elbow must go below the knee,
otherwise a foul will be called.
• Matches are a best out of three pulls, the winner winning two out of the three pulls.
• Indecency in any form including gestures, dress, etc. will not be allowed
• Max of 12 teams on a first come first serve basis would be allowed for entry
• Time limit for the performance should be 3-4 minutes. In case of exceeding the time
limit negative marking will take place.
• Maximum of 1 team per college will be allowed.
• The team should be of 4-12 members. Also, there should be at least 02 members on
stage at any point during the performance.
• All Dance forms are allowed (Freestyle dance).
• Participants will be judged on the basis of dancing style, coordination, costume,
expressions, and choreography.
• Teams have to bring their own props, costumes, make-up and reach the venue an
hour in advance.
• There is a restriction on the use of fire or any inflammable object and glass shatter
on stage. Disqualification will be awarded in such a case.
• Time limit is 2-3 minutes. Negative points for exceeding the time limit.
• The participants are requested to bring one pen drive to avoid technical disturbance.
Out of which, they are also requested to submit one CD to the coordinator of the event.
• No extra time shall be given for installing drives. It should be done prior to the event.
• The participants will be judged on their costumes, visual presentation and dance form.
• There is no particular theme.
• Participants should get their own props. All props must be specified to the event
coordinator.
• Lighting of matchsticks, candles and cigarettes or any derogatory acts are strictly not
allowed on stage.
• Choice of song is open to the participants.
• Any obscene/offensive music/song is not allowed.
• The decision of the Judges will be final and binding.
