1. There shall only be one (1) representative per school. 2. The contestant shall use scrap materials for scrap-art, illustration board and Styrofoam materials shall not be allowed otherwise would mean disqualification; for collage the following materials shall be used: illustration board, any art materials and without the use of Styrofoam. 3. Only the official number of the contestant shall be seen on top of the output which will be determined by the contest facilitators. 4. Contestants shall only be given two (2) hours to work on their arts. 5. The following shall be the criteria: ORIGINALITY 40% RELEVANCE TO THE THEME OVERALL IMPACT 20%
