Poster Making Contest Mechanics

1. The contest is open to Junior High School of

2. Each grade level must have 2 participants.
2. Participants will be given 1 hour only to finish their works.
3. Each participant should submit ONE entry only.
4. The poster must illustrate, interpret and emphasize the theme of the
National Science Club Month (NSCM) – “GENESCAPE: Priming
Perspectives, Amplifying Advancements”.
5. The following materials will be used in the contest:
A. A ¼ illustration board (white background & vertical format; to
be
provided by the contestants)
B. Mongol pencil (to be provided by the contestant)
C. Coloring materials: oil pastel/Crayons and markers (to be
provided by the contestant)
D. Pentel Pen (to be provided by the contestant)
*Bringing other necessary materials is allowed such as erasers,
sharpeners, rulers, etc.
6. Posters must be done in free hand.
7. The artist will be held accountable to any issues that may arise with
regards to the originality and authenticity of the design.
8. The posters will be judged according to the following criteria:
