I do hereby undertake that during the tour,
1. I will carry my Identity card, Mask and all the required documents during the tour.
2. I am aware of the weather conditions of the various locations of the study tour.
3. I will cooperate with my fellow mates and will follow all the instructions given by the faculty
members and tour coordinators.
4. I will ensure that I will not take any risk at any point of time during the tour where my life may be in
danger.
5. I am going for the tour on my own risk and in case of any mishap, the faculty members and the
institution will not be held responsible.
6. I will wear decent attire, comfortable clothing, and shoes during the tour.
7. I will be responsible for all my belongings.
8. If I am suffering from any specific medical condition & under any medication, I will carry the
necessary medicines with prescriptions & also keep my faculties informed in advance about the
same
9. I will ensure that I won’t be in possession or consumption of any kind of alcohol,
tobacco products or any kind of recreational drugs.
10. I will follow all the protocols given by the government & the University.
11. I will abide by the rules and regulations of the University during the tour. If any kind of
misbehavior and misconduct is found, I will have to face the consequences to an extent that my tour
could be curtailed and sent back to Pune on my own risk & expenses.
12. I will participate and complete all the Subject Wise integrated Skill activity for Jaipur Study Tour
