Subject : Enrollment in the discontinued course of CCN-418( Computer Communication

Network)

Respected Sir;
With all due respect, we are students of the electrical department of the batch
(2019,2015,2016,2018). We would like to bring a request for a consideration of a critical case of
a student of batch 2016 named as Muhammad Zain (EE-16305), who has this last chance (i.e
this fall semester) to complete the degree as per the relaxation extended by the HEC to
complete the degree. For the completion of the degree, he has the course of CCN-418 which is
left, that needs to be cleared otherwise failure of getting the opportunity to clear the
course, his B.E degree ( Electrical) would eventually get wasted or have no value under
the principles provided by HEC ( Higher Education Commission of Pakistan) this year
2023 .

Furthermore, Mr. Zain is not only the student , there are other students as well who are willing
and motivated with high spirit to get the chance of enrolling in the course CS-418 to clear it and
move with the process for the completion of the degree requirement. Previously ,the students of
the batch 2019 suffered from the situation of not being able to register for the course of CS-418
in the 8th semester ( Spring ) , due to the prerequisite course of the Communication System (
TC-307) which needed to be clear to get the course CS-418. However, after clearing the course
of TC-307, we students are left with the discontinued CS-418 course to be cleared to complete
the degree requirement process and continue with the full time job as well.

There are other students who have been given the relaxation by the company to complete the
degree till the fall semester to continue with their full time job , otherwise they have to lose it due
to non completion of the degree.

There are some students as well who need to support their family to fulfill their needs and their
family , by continuing with the full time job.

Dear sir , We students have requested for the permission of the discontinued course CS-418
before also , but we again request you to please by considering all circumstances as described
above we truly want this course to get enroll and complete the degree requirement so that we
students could support to our family and embark on to the next path of the career journey.
