Reference is made to the abovesaid matter.

In accordance with several complains from the (person-in-charge), you are receiving this warning for
violating our standard operating procedure. In this case, the violation is always reporting late to work, usage
of vulgar and sarcastic words towards the colleagues and refuse to adhere instructions provided
management officer.

We have discussed the miscount with you and informed you of our expectations. We have also agreed to
review your performance and behaviour based on the abovesaid violation. We consequently found this to
be unsatisfactory to our standards. We have also been informed that the target sales have not been
achieved and not comply to Gmotech Solutions Sdn Bhd.’s terms and conditions.

Kindly let us have your written explanation with regards to the above within fourteen (14) days from the date
hereof.

In the event that you fail to show improvement, we may take further disciplinary action, including suspension
or dismissal whichever deem fit and proper by the management from your position with Gmotech Solutions
Sdn Bhd. Please let us know if you have any questions about this letter.
