Land Owners : Khor Cheng Kin & Lee Kim Fook

I/We refer to the above matter and wish to authorise KOK LAY ENG (NRIC No.: 630904-07-5846)
to jointly and severally act on our behalf as our representatives to deal, liaise, communicate,
negotiate with all the relevant authority including appointing solicitor and all other agency deem fit
and proper with regards to the disposal of the abovesaid property.

I/We also indemnify and shall keep you indemnified against any claims, losses, damages, suit,
demand, action, costs and expenses of whatever kind or nature which you may suffer, sustain or
incur by reason or in consequence of acceding to our nomination, request, representation in the
course of your contract and services towards us.

The contents of this declaration have been read and explain to me in the English language and I
have fully understood the contents and the effect of each and every sentence before I duly signed
the same.

This appointment is given to you in my / our capacity as the authorise person and is on the basic of
exclusive authority and this letter of appointment is for the duration till the completion of the disposal
of the abovesaid property.

I/We further declare that I/We am/are making this declaration voluntarily and freely without any
duress or intimidation from anyone else.

This authority given to the authorised person by us shall remain in force till revoke by us in writing.
