    Ⅰ Opening of the Committee：


    Ms OHASHI Makiko, Director in charge of international cooperation , Disaster
    Management Bureau, Cabinet Office, Government of Japan will open the
    committee.

    Ⅱ Introduction of New Member Country：


    The Chair will introduce delegates from Republic of Fiji that has newly joined ADRC
    as a member country.

    Ⅲ Report on ADRC activities：


    ADRC Secretariat will report to the Committee on:
    1._Activities for FY2023-2024;
    2._Financial report for FY2022; and
    3._Budget plan for FY2024.
