CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

The undersigned Investigator of the Criminal Investigation Unit, stationed at Piddig

Municipal Police Station, Brgy. 2 Anao, Piddig, Ilocos Norte under oath accuses
ROGELIO PASCUAL JOSE of Damage to Property Through Reckless Imprudence,
committed as follows:

That on September 13,2023 at about 5:00 PM at Brgy. 2 Anao,

Municipality of Piddig, Province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines and within the
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, said accused, being then the driver of a six
wheeler aluminum van, colored red and bearing plate number AVA-234 with top
markings “IYANAH”, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously drive
and operate the same while passing along the road widening in the said
barangay in a negligent, careless and imprudent manner, without due regard to
the traffic laws and regulations and without taking the necessary precaution to
prevent the accident to persons and damages to property, causing by such
negligence, said aluminum van driven and operated by him to strike and collide
with a Yamaha Motorcycle (Sniper 155), colored blue, bearing plate number
BW2278 belonging to and driven by WILLIAM G. FLORES, thereby causing the
said motorcycle damages in the amount of fifty-five thousand (Php 55,000.00),
to the damage and prejudice of the owner thereof in the aforementioned
amount.

The undersigned Investigator of the Criminal Investigation Unit, stationed at Piddig

Municipal Police Station, Brgy. 3 Loing, Piddig, Ilocos Norte under oath accuses
PEDRO PENDUCO Y WARAY for violation of Section 14, (Posession of Equipment,
Instrument, Apparatus and Paraphernalia for Dangerous Drugs during Parties, Social
Gatherings or Meetings),Article II of Republic Act of 9165 otherwise known as
Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, committed as follows:

That on March 13,2023 at about 11:00 AM at Brgy. 2 Anao, Municipality

of Piddig, Province of Ilocos Norte, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, said accused, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously had in his possession, control and custody of equipment, instrument,
apparatus and other paraphernalia, not authorized by law, fit or intended for
smoking, consuming, administering, injecting, ingesting or introducing any
dangerous drug into the body during parties, social gatherings or meetings with
his visitors and employees, such acts are in violation of the law, to wit:

One (1) roll of aluminum foil;

Two (2) disposable lighter;
One (1) improvised tooter; and
Three (3) pieces of used plastic sachet
