1、Application

This manual is suitable for the check valve produced by our company
with a working pressure of 35MPa (5000psi) and a nominal diameter of 52mm
(2 1/16″). Its main function is to control the medium to flow in one direction.
It is generally used for well killing. Manifold pipeline

3、Structure Feature
3.1This product is manufactured in accordance with the API SPEC 6A 21
specification, and can be used with or interchangeable with product equipment
that meets this specification
3.2This product is a valve disc structure, which relies on the free fit between
the metal disc sealing surface and the valve seat, and uses the medium pressure
to achieve sealing; in the case of low pressure, the sealing is achieved by the
spring pretension force, and the valve cavity is subjected to pipeline pressure at
any time
3.3The valve body and the bonnet are connected by bolts and the
pressure-enhanced metal gasket ring is used for reliable sealing performance

Check the tightness of bolts and nuts before installation. When installing, keep
the direction indicated by the arrow consistent with the flow direction of the
fluid. After installation, the installation arrow points Apply pressure to verify
that it is unblocked. In use, the check valve does not need to be removed from
the pipeline to perform routine maintenance. The pressure in the pipeline of
this valve should be isolated during maintenance. After killing the well, it must
be rinsed with clean water, after one use, it must be overhauled, and the
pressure seal test must be performed again

5、Maintenance instructions
5.1 Replace the disc and spring
5.2Unload the valve cavity pressure, remove the bonnet bolts, and take out the

bonnet
5.3Remove the disc and spring by hand, pay attention to whether the sealing
surface of the disc is intact
5.4Cleaning the valve cavity
5.5After the device is dismantled and taken out of service, it must be cleaned
and inspected completely. The severely worn parts must be replaced, and the
sealing surface damaged must be repaired
