Filed herewith is the Petition of an Alien Worker (I-140), XX, Ph. D. (Petitioner and
Beneficiary), on the basis that I am an Alien of Extraordinary Ability as a researcher pursuant to
INA Section 203(b)(1)(a).The attached documentation shows that I qualify as an alien of extraordinary
ability, a researcher at the top of the field of biomedical research, through (1) my original
contributions of major significance, (2) my most impressive publication record in my fields, and (3)
my role as a judge of the work of others. With outstanding achievements in the field of XX, I have
established myself as an individual with extraordinary ability, and my continued presence in the
United States will substantially benefit the United States ands people. Please find enclosed the
following documents in supporting my immigration petition.

of Homeland Security and Copy of I-797C: Approval Notice for My I-140 (NIW);
