Project Title :- Hotel Management System

1. Abstract

Hotel Management System project Is develop for smooth running and

management of hotels. First we gathered information about the process
from several hotels managed by both computerized and manual system.
After analysis of the data collected the entitled Hotel Management
System project was developed. This project is developed in html, css,
Javascript. Hotel Management System project will be indeed helpful in
managing hotel and reduce the work load of employees.

2.Literature Survey

Getting the information about the hotels that suit your budget and then
bookings done. Online Hotel Reservation are becoming popular method for
booking hotel rooms. Book rooms from home via their home computer by
using online security to protect their privacy and financial information and by
using several online customers to compares prices and facilities at different
hotels.

3.Proposal

The Software Requirement Specification (SRS) will provide detailed description

of the requirement for the Hotel Management System . This SRS will allow for a
complete understanding of what is to be expected from newly introduced
system which is to be constructed. The project team will use the SRS to fully
understand the expectations of the Hotel Management System to construct
the appropriate software.

4.Objective

Instead of making all paperwork, this is automated software that reduces

paperwork and gives accurate results in less time.
Hotel management System by Customer software provides room booking, staff
management and other necessary hotel management features. The system
allows the manager to post available rooms in the system. Customers can view
and book room online. Admin can approve or reject the booking. Other hotel
services can also be viewed by the customers and can book them too.

The Hotel Management System is a tools for booking a rooms and hotel
through online by the customer. It provides easy management tools and easy
access to the customer information.
Our Hotel Management System will have three end user Customer,
Receptionist and Hotel Manager. Hotel Management System will consists for
booking management system, database management system server and report
Generator.
