ACNE ON ADULT ONSET


OBJECTIVES
1. To analyze the prevalence of adult onset in the general student population.
i. Age
ii. Gender
iii. Acne severity
iv. Medical history
2. To assess the effects of Acne
i. psychological and social impact of adult-onset Acne.
ii. How developing of Acne affected adults
iii. Different stress and anxiety level in people developing Acne
iv. Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH)
3. To find the treatment of Acne.
i. Cost of treatments
ii. Allergies of treatment
iii. Side effects of medicines

METHOLOGY
This study will involve direct interviews with value chain and transformative students’ level
3 using questionnaires to describe their experiences with acne.
DATA COLLECTION
We will use three data collection methods; online survey where we will develop a google
from questionnaire. This is because of how sensitive the topic is hence online anonymous
questionnaire would be ideal.
The second data collection method would be secondary data analysis. There has been
previous experiments done on the causes of acne and this data will help us conduct the
experiment gain but act on the already available experimental data.
Lastly ,we will use observation to analyze how acne affects adult psychologically and
socially.
