    I am writing this letter to apologize for not being able to attend and not having
    participated in some events held by the family during these holidays.
    I was unable to attend due to some circumstances that happened unpredictably. I offer
    my sincere apologies for this and hope that I have not caused you too much trouble or
    inconvenience.
    I would like to know if it is possible to arrange another meeting in the near future to
    hold other events.
