the company was founded in 2015 currently it has 4500 stores in
whole india and many outlets around the world we have many
variants with different segments

2021- we sold more than 1,00,000 units

Strategic focus and plans

1)Mission – more than 15 million Indians need wheelchair so our


mission is to provide all people with the only leading brand

2) Vision – our vision to make new life for the people who are facing
problems and they should live their life happily that’s same as our
brand name.

 Strengths –

 Live life will be having strong sales because the (TAM) total
addressable market is very big more than 15 million people.

 There is a very high employee workforce and good


management because this thing is very emotional so
employees are always motivated

 Weakness

 As the ( TAM ) is very big with the customer service it can be a


problem which can slow down our customer satitsfaction

 As the product target specific market for influencer marketing


no one usually accepts to promote these types products easily
 Opportunities

 In this field more venture capitalist and more big companies


would be interested to partner and this will be good for our
company growth

 We can use the digital marketing to reach more consumer we


can use AI machine learning this would help us to grow

 Threats

 As we have many variants like motor wheelchair electric the


parts are very expensive so because of this the cost and
operations would be very high

 There is no unique differentiation other competitors can easily


copy
4) Brand logo

As to creating this logo we should mention our product in


the logo because no one usually put product photo in logo
the product which is shown here it’s our future upcoming
plan this will be used for delivery and we will manufacture
and give it to amazon delivery drives and many other brands
but that is on second stage first our aim is to deliver
wheelchair to all disabled people and give them a hope that
you can live your life again that’s what our brand name is live
life
