HUBUNGAN ASUPAN ZAT GIZI DENGAN KEJADIAN STUNTING

PADA ANAK DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BERINGIN

ABSTRAK

Balita Pendek (Stunting) adalah status gizi yang berdasarkan pada indeks Panjang Badan

menurut Umur (PB/U) atau Tinggi Badan menurut Umur (TB/U). Stunting (pendek) merupakan

kekurangan gizi yang kronis dinyatakan dalam panjang badan atau tinggi badan menurut umur

(PB/U atau TB/U).Kebutuhan zat gizi yang tidak tercukupi dapat mengakibatkan beberapa

masalah kesehatan. dapat diperoleh dari makanan dengan kandungan yang tinggi, sedang dan

rendah.

Penelitian ini Mengetahui Hubungan Asupan Zat Gizi (Karbohidrat, Protein, Lemak)

dengan Kejadian Stunting pada Anak di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Beringin: jenis penelitian

Kualitatif dengan penelitian pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel penelitian 70 anak di Wilayah

Kerja Puskesmas Beringin secara Purposive Sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah dengan

menggunakan kuesioner dan pengukuran PB ( Length board). Menggunakan uji statistik uji chis-

Square dengan α = 0,05. Analisis Data Univariat dan Bivariat.

Kata Kunci : Asupan Zat Gizi (Karbohidrat, Protein, Lemak), Kejadian Stunting

ABSTRAK

Stunting is a nutritional status based on the index of body length according to age (PB/U)

or height according to age (TB/U). Stunting (short) is a chronic nutritional deficiency expressed

in body length or height according to age (PB/U or TB/U). The need for macronutrients that are

not fulfilled can lead to several health problems. Sources of zinc can be obtained from foods with

high, medium and low zinc content.

This study was to determine the relationship between intake of macronutrients

(carbohydrates, protein, fat) and zinc with the incidence of stunting in children under five in the

work area of the Beringin Raya Public Health Center. Qualitativeresearch type with cross

sectional approach research. The research sample was 51 children under five in the Work Area of

the Beringin Raya Public Health Center, which was taken by purposive sampling. The research

instrument is a questionnaire and measuring PB (Length board). using the chis-square test

statistical test with = 0.05. Univariate and Bivariate Data Analysis.
