Republic Day Speech

Chief guest, Principal sir,teachers and my dear friends.
Today we are celebrating 74th Republic Day.
As you know India got freedom on 15th
August 1947 but our constitution came into force on 26 th January
1950. Republic Day honours this day. Functions are organized in
different parts of the country.
Main Function is held in Delhi at Rajpath.
As a tribute to India prade takes place at Rajpath in the presence of
President,Prime Minister and officals.This day reminds Dr.B.R.
Ambedkar who submitted a draft of indian constituition. On this day
Dr. Rajendra Prasad termed as the first president of India.
The flag hoisting ceremony shows that we
are living in democratic country.All citizens should make efforts to
make India a strong nation.
