We, the undersigned, are the promoters of the proposed SLAIN TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD that is
to be incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 / Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. We
hereby declare and affirm the following:

1. We understand the various compliances applicable to the company/LLP to be

incorporated under the law, as per the Companies Act, 2013 / Limited Liability
Partnership Act, 2008 and other relevant legislations.

2. We have carefully read, understood and agreed to abide by the Prevention of Money
Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002 of India. We understand that we could be held liable under
the Act for any act of money laundering.

3. We affirm that our business is being registered for lawful purposes only and that we
have no intention to conduct any illegal activity using the name or the resources of the
proposed company/LLP.

4. We assure you that all the documents and KYC information submitted for the purpose of
incorporation and other legal compliances are authentic.

5. As Directors/Partners, we acknowledge that we will be solely responsible for maintaining

compliance with the applicable laws, preparing the necessary financial statements and
getting them audited each financial year as per the statutory requirements.

6. We understand that we will be held liable for all compliances, penalties, tax payments
and other dues pertaining to the business.

7. We acknowledge that IndiaFilings is only an advisor assisting us with guidance for

registration and has no responsibility beyond the said advisory role.

We solemnly affirm that the above declarations are true and correct to the best of our
knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed therein.
