STANDARD OPERATION PROCESURE FOR CLEANING AND SANITATION FOR ALL

DXN HOLDING FACILITIES

1. Maintain regular housekeeping practices, including routing cleaning and disinfecting of


surfaces, equipment and other elements of the work environment . Follow the
manufacturer’s for use of all cleaning and disinfection products (e.g., concentration,
application method and PPE).

2. Routinely clean all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace, such as water tap, water
dispenser, microwave, chiller, staircase handrail, lift, workstations and doorknobs 3 times a
day and fogging should be done 1 time a week after working hours incharge by ESH
personnel or staff on duty.

3. Ensure common areas e.g. pantries, washrooms, lift, are disinfected 3 times daily, while
meeting rooms should be sanitized after use.

4. Always keep doors open where possible to minimize contact. However, it is up to the
comfort of each room PIC. Most important is that the door knob needs to be constantly in
sanitation.

5. Fogging should be done every 1 time a week. Fogging activities can be done yourself at
work or can be done by a sanitation services.
