Relocation Allowance

Continuation of Employment Agreement

In consideration of the net relocation allowance of $5,000.00 that I received from Konecranes
in order to relocate my home closer to the Milwaukee, WI office location, I agree that I shall
not voluntarily terminate my employment with the Company for a period of twelve (12) months
from the date of the payment provided to me.
I further agree that if my employment is voluntarily terminated prior to the expiration of the
twelve (12) month term as described above, I will repay the Company a pro rata portion of the
relocation allowance. I understand that this amount will be based on the number of months
remaining in the twelve (12) month period following my receipt of the relocation allowance (for
example, if I were to resign from the Company after working only six (6) months of the twelve
(12) month term, I would repay 50% of the relocation allowance). I agree that as much as
possible, minus my living wage may be withheld from any payments due to me and if any
balance remains, I will pay the remaining sum to Konecranes within seven (7) days following
my separation from employment with the Company.
I understand that this agreement is not to be construed and is not a guarantee by the Company
that I will continue to be employed for any period, including but not limited to, the twelve
month period set forth above. The Company retains the right to terminate my employment at
any time.
