After obtaining my degree in Computer Science ,I joined Accenture in August 2014.

Experience and observation has led me to realise the difference a skilled and educated
administrator can make to any organization. Thus I choose to take my next step towards
professional progress by applying to MBA.

During my current employment a significant achievement was when I was appointed a single
point of contact for “Hammer Automation Tool” for my project to help improve efficiency and
reduce manual efforts. As a recognition I got Certificate of Appreciation and Star of The Month
Award. Recently I participated in a competition named as code-A-Thon in our project and i got
the first rank and got the opportunity to give presentation of my idea in front of the CIO of
Anthem which is my client . This along with my promotion to Software Engineering Analyst in
one year showed the confidence my managers had in my abilities.

While I possess experience and a Degree in Engineering I realise that to grow further in my
career I have to learn the fields of business administration, Finance and Marketing. I want to be
well-equipped before chasing any further managerial ambitions and require a management
course that will help me strengthen my body of knowledge, professional network and skill set.

I believe the two year full time core MBA program at NMIMS which is equipped with state of the
art facilities, a good professional network, a strong reputation and a case method system that
helps simulate real world business scenarios which will give me a practical experience that fits
the bill.

My past experiences in my project in areas of Innovation & Optimization will help me bring to
the table knowledge that will be beneficial for the other students I collaborate with, makes me a
good candidate for the Master in Business at your college.
