Expectations for Time Management and Involvement:


Describe below your collective expectations as they relate to member participation, communication,
quality, accessibility, and commitment.
1. Each Team member is expected to check the progress off project on project progress report on a
daily basis.
2. Participate effectively in each weekly team meets and tasks assigned to individual team members
should be completed within the deadline.
3. Easiest way to involve a team objective is to communicate effectively and efficiently so that
everyone is keeping up with their workload.
4. Ensure to focus on completing one task at a time so that there is no scope for error.
5. Ensure to organize the tasks assigned and schedule each task according to the day.
6. Highlight any problem or any issue as soon as possible to other team members which will help in
solving the issue before due date.
Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration:
Describe the measures your team will take to ensure that all team members are contributing and
collaborating in an appropriate fashion.
For example, how will you as a team communicate if a team member is not contributing and
collaborating effectively? How will your team manage any conflict which may arise
1. We will aim at collaborative-decision making for contributing the input from all the
team members equally and fairly.
2. As a team, we will therefore make the best choice of diverse-thoughts, opinions and
suggestions from the point of objective, which will in turn help to build a socio-
cultural relationship between team members.
3. Each team member ensures to communicate efficiently using email, MS teams and in-
person weekly meetings to share their views opinions and progress on project.
4. To ensure team collaboration and contribution each team members must de-prioritize
personal agendas and try to build trust with each other
5. Each team member should have a shared goal/objective for successful contribution.
6. As a team, each team member should highlight each other’s individual strength and
encourage creativity.
7. As a team we will have group discussions and analyse the problem faced by the team
member and will try to find the feasible solution for same.
8. As a team we need to inquire about our peer’s interests and priorities to get a better
idea of their perspective the cause for their behaviour.
9. We need to look for opportunities to better utilise the team member’s specific skillset
who is not co-operating.
10. Different team member brings different knowledge to the team which helps in solving
problems and improving performance, we as team need to be proactive in spotting the
conflict instead of leaving it to HR.
11. Team members need to give time and opportunity to present their own perspective on
if conflict takes place in team.
12. No team member should dominate the conversation over other colleagues, instead
should listen actively and patiently to resolve the conflict.
