1. Project Information

Project Name: CAPSTONE PROJECT

Project Description:

The Capstone Project is a Project Management Postgraduate (PMPG) course created to give students
the chance to investigate project management practices at a business and contrast the real-world
application of project management techniques with the standards taught in the program.
The Capstone Project's objective is to prepare an audit report on a closed project that the Sponsor
completed utilizing the predictive methodology. In this project, we will evaluate the most effective
project management methods applied in the Sponsor's project and compare them to benchmarks from
the PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) 6th edition guide. Our team will be
conducting interviews with our Sponsor to learn how our Sponsor handled their project utilizing
various processes, tools, and techniques, as well as to assess and compare it with the knowledge areas
and processes specified in the PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guide.
