How I added $12,000 in monthly

revenue in 3 weeks of working

with my client with just 1700
followers (and how you can too)
Hey, it’s Bryan here, and in this document, I’ll show you exactly how
added $12,000 in monthly revenue in just 3 weeks of working with my
client with purely Twitter marketing. This formula can easily be
replicated if you put the time and effort into it and you can get similar
results with your high-ticket offer.

Now close all tabs and pay close attention because if you have a
high-ticket coaching offer/B2B offer and you’re looking to monetize
with Twitter, then reading this document will put you ahead of the
game almost instantly.

But before we dive into the case study, let me tell you who this
document IS for:

- If you’re a coach/consultant, this is for you.

- If you have an irresistible offer but just need help getting traffic to
it.

- If you’ve been posting tweets and sending DMs to increase lead

flow for a long time but don’t seem to be getting anywhere.
- If you are posting good tweets, but they are not getting good
engagement, so you’re not getting any inbound DMs
- You wish someone could take charge of your account, and grow it,
so that you can effortlessly network with high-value individuals.

- If you’re a coach/consultant that is still stuck in the $10-$20k per

month range with your business, this is for you.

- If you’re a coach/consultant wanting to get similar results as the

ones I showed above, this is for you.

Now, let me also tell you who this document is NOT for:

- If you aren’t willing to put the work in or see the value of a

personal brand, this document is not for you.

- If you don’t want to scale your business to the next level, this
document is not for you.

- If you think this is a get-rich-quick, this document is not for you.

Understood?

Ok let’s begin now.

Here’s the cold hard truth of scaling your coaching offer with Twitter
(the right way)...

After years in the marketing industry, joining a good number of Twitter

programs, online courses & groups, I can tell you that a successful
online coaching business that generates $10,000 a month with Twitter
ONLY, consistently is a piece of cake.

A piece of chocolate cake.

Quick caveat though - I’ve also noticed that these same coaching
businesses that generate $10,000 a month ALWAYS have 3 things.

Consider these the 3 main PILLARS of your coaching business:

1 - They all have an OFFER that is irresistible to a very specific person -

meaning that it doesn’t appeal to everyone

2- They all have a consistent & reliable way of GENERATING ENDLESS

LEADS that are interested in their irresistible offers

3- They all have an effortless & efficient way of BOOKING CALLS with
the leads that are ready to buy their irresistible offers

Well, I’ll show you exactly how I integrated these 3 pillars and managed
to add $12,000 in profit in just 3 weeks of posting on Twitter, and how
you can do the same.
In case you’re new here, my name is Bryan and I’m a Twitter
ghostwriter. I’ve been helping B2C high-ticket coaches achieve their
first $10,000 for the majority of 2023.

Specifically coaches with tiny audiences (very few or NO followers).

This is what I specialize in and where I thrive.

And I run my own online coaching cohort myself with a private & knit
tight group of solid dudes (coaches) on Telegram where I share
cutting-edge strategies & playbooks of what’s actually working for me
to generate infinite leads and making me money with the biz right now;
nothing held back.

What goes down in Telegram looks something like this:

Now we will really get into the meat and potatoes of why you’re actually
here.

I will break it ALL down for you.

How I was able to pull $12K in profit with just a 1700 follower audience
with purely Twitter marketing.
In less than 30 days.

No paid ads or any bs like that.

All organic.

I’ll outline the entire process A to Z of what I did to accomplish these

results so that you can hopefully use these same steps to do the same.

1- The Irresistible Offer

Pause.

You’re not here to read about how my client’s irresistible offer.

You already have one, right?

But you just need more traffic to it.

Fine, I’ll briefly go over it.

The best framework I’ve come across when it comes to assembling

irresistible offers is from Mr. Alex Hormozi.

His book “$100M Offers”, which is 0.99 cents on Amazon, is a must-read

if you are in the coaching business.

Here’s his formula (steal it):

“I help (ideal client) (achieve X desire) in (timeframe) without (pain) +

(risk-free guarantee)”
As I mentioned above, when you craft and assemble an IRRESISTIBLE
OFFER the majority of the work is already done then and there.

It's the first piece of the puzzle that determines how difficult or easy
everything that follows it will be.

But as I said, you guys aren’t here to listen to me babble about Hormozi
and why he is our savior in business.

You guys are here to find out how I do lead gen.

How I have a consistent & reliable way of GENERATING LEADS that

would be interested in the offer.

Let’s jump right into how I did that.

2- The Endless Lead Generation

This is one of the main reasons people nowadays can’t get their online
business off the ground.

They just don’t know how to generate enough leads that are interested
in what they have to offer.

But don’t worry, I’ll tell you exactly how I built my initial client’s
audience of 1700ish followers/interested leads within 3 weeks on
Twitter and got him a calendar of qualified leads.
I followed these 3 simple steps:

Step 1 - Profile Optimization

Step 2 - Assembling a 2-Step Post (Tweet)

Step 3 - Crafting the free resource (Sales Magnet)

Let’s begin with Step 1…

Step 1 - Profile Optimization

Without a crystal clear profile, you’re making it harder for your

audience to follow you.

If you really want someone to take you seriously and book a call with
you, it all starts with your profile.

This is the thought process of someone who clicks on your profile:

1. See tweets
2. Likes tweet
3. Clicks on your profile
4. See your profile picture
5. Read your bio
6. Reads your banner
7. Reads your pinned tweet
8. Read a couple of tweets
9. Clicks on website
10.Books a call

10 steps in order to get them to book a call.

Screw up anywhere and you would have missed on a potential client.
My client (let’s call him James) offers a high-ticket agency service.

An optimized profile contains:

- An aesthetic profile picture & cover photo that matches your

brand/message

- A crystal clear Bio

- A pinned thread that gives specific value to your IDEAL client

Here’s a screenshot of my Bio:

Your bio should tell your audience:
- Who are you?
- What do you do?
- What have you accomplished in the past
- Link to website to book a call

Your pinned tweet should be:

- CTA
- Case Study
- Testimonial

Don’t overcomplicate it.

Keep it clean, keep it simple.

After you build your initial core audience you can have a more “chill”
profile & bio.

Now let’s move on to Step 2 in the Lead Generation process…

Step 2 - Assembling a Bulletproof Content Strategy

There is the only pillar that matters when generating leads.

Your content is the lifeblood of your business.

And yes, I said business.

Because you need to treat your Twitter like a business.

This is the formula you have to understand for success on Twitter:

Case Studies + Value + Traffic = Clients

But one thing you have to understand about case studies and value
tweets - they don’t get a ton of eyeballs.

People would much rather read ChatGPT threads or threads on

psychology.

And that’s where this concept comes in.

Virality and Resonance.

1. Understanding the difference between virality and resonance

Virality? Resonance? Let me explain

Virality gets insane views, but only views.

Resonance gets fewer impressions, but more conversions.

ChatGPT content goes viral.

Testimonials convert to clients.

So I…

2. Created both Viral and Resonant Content

If you focus only on viral content, you get no clients.

If you focus only on resonance, you get no eyes.

A combination of both generates as many profile visits and leads as
possible.

Still unclear? Let’s dive deeper.

a. Viral Content

Viral Content appeals to those who are unaware of the problem.

This is where we talk about basic concepts that act as our

top-of-the-funnel.

Content related to his niche that would easily go viral.

But that’s the key, it HAS to be related to his niche so that we can
convert profile visits into a problem-aware audience.

b. Resonant Content

This is where the stories come in.

We put out:
● Personal stories
● Case Studies
● Testimonials

ALL written in story form to bring out the empathy in our audience,
and hook them in to want a similar dream outcome to their case study
client.
Keep in mind that this is done organically, meaning that there are no
paid ads involved.

Remember:

Case studies + Value + Traffic = Clients

Take the opportunity to provide a NAUSEATING amount of value.

To the point that it becomes a no-brainer for a client to drop you a

follow and book a call.

If you know your stuff, people will outright pay you money (if you ask).

Yes, ONLY if you ask.

So we need to ask.

Step 3 - Have a clear Call-To-Action

If you don’t ask, you don’t know.

That’s why we need to keep asking.

Use a CTA in individual tweets.

Use a CTA at the end of your threads.

Use a CTA in your auto-DMs

We managed to generate so many leads in a short period of time
through a simple Auto-DM which had a clear CTA.

Your CTA should:

1. Disqualify non-buyers
2. Call out your ideal client
3. Get them to respond with a DM

As long as you ask for long enough, you will receive.

Simplicity SCALES.

And that’s it with the lead generation method that I used that generated
1600+ leads in under 7 days with just Twitter (basically endless leads).

Now let’s take a look at the third and final pillar of the equation that
allowed me to add $12K in profit for my client.

3- Booking Calls

A common mistake I see many people starting out on Twitter is that

they ask too many questions in the DMs.

They beat around the bush.

Eventually, they get ghosted.

Or people tell them to F off.

That’s because they aren’t setting by chat.

They are selling by chat.
The reason you want to be setting by chat and not selling by chat is that
for people to pay you >$1000 for a service or coaching, they have some
pain that needs to be solved.

And >$1000 is a lot of money to let go of.

So they will want to get on a call to decide.

So we want to get them on a call.

In the high-ticket coaching world, this is how we make money.

Content → DMs → Send a calendar link → Sales Call → Close

Most deals (if not all) are closed in a sales call.

So we shouldn’t be quoting a price in the DMs or trying to dive too deep

into pain points.

Our goal is to simply get them on a call.

So, how do we set by chat, and not sell by chat?

In order to get on a call with someone, you need to get into the mindset
that you are better than them.

Meaning that you know your stuff, you are an authority.

What to avoid when setting by chat:

- Excessive emojis
- Exclamation marks
- Excessive slang
- Complimenting them (yes)
- Coming off as impressed

Remember, you are not getting on a call with them, they are getting on
a call with you.

You are the Chad here.

I gave my client a script so that he knew how to handle these DMs.

This is the general flow of the script:

1. Audience Hand-raised (from our CTA)
2. Identify the pain
3. Amplify the pain
4. Widen the gap
5. Propose to set up a call
6. Send Calendly Link
7. Thank them for booking a call
8. Close on call

This way, we can disqualify unqualified hand-raisers to ensure the

quality of the people we get on the call with.

Let’s take a look at a couple of examples of what I mean:

Can you see how clinical this is?

I identified the pain (that he didn’t know how to find ideal leads).

And went in straight for the kill.

Widening the gap by saying that’s something I can help with.

And proposed a call immediately.

Calendly link was sent.

And the call was booked 3 min later.

Let’s look at another one:

Identify the pain first.

Noticed how he told me that he wanted to grow.

But do you guys really want to grow your account?

Hell no, you guys want to monetize your account.

So I wanted to get to the true pain. Which was whether he wanted to

monetize or not.

I made it clear to him that growing won’t solve his problem.

Proposed a call.
Sent link.

Set and I’ve got a qualified call.

With this “Set by chat” method, I am able to book 1 call a day for myself
(at the minimum) and for my clients.

That is at least 30 calls booked per month.

That’s the level of success you can expect with a personal brand.

And that’s pretty much it.

That’s a wrap.

Now that you understand exactly how I did it and what this process
looks like…

You have 2 options:

Option 1:

You can try to apply these frameworks and systems yourself to get
similar results as me and my clients but obviously there are still various
nuances and roadblocks you’ll undoubtedly encounter and could get
stuck on.

Option 2:

I will personally take over your Twitter account and build you a
personal brand that will add an additional $10,000 in monthly revenue
guaranteed in 60 days, without going through all the struggles I’ve had
to overcome over the years.

If Option 2 sounds appealing to you, then I have an offer to make you.

If you’re a:

- Coach
- Consultant
- Have a skill you want to teach other people online and monetize
it
- Have a B2B offer
- Making >$10,000/month but are struggling with getting leads
with Twitter

Send me a DM on Twitter or just directly book a call with me by clicking

I’ll make you more money than you pay me.
