The Principals are requested to refer the Spell Details (Odd Semester 2023-2024) available in the
DOTE website and to update the attendance details (HOURSP1 to HOURSP5) of all additional
regular students (III, V and VII semesters), for Spell I to V, as detailed below:

Institutions can download a pre-filled CSV file from the DipExOnline portal. The CSV file has the
following columns:

HOURSP2 Number (i.e. for the period 01.07.2023 to 31.07.2023)
Total Hours attended by the Student for Spell - III
HOURSP3 Number
(i.e. for the period 01.08.2023 to 31.08.2023)
Total Hours attended by the Student for Spell - IV
HOURSP4 Number
(i.e. for the period 01.09.2023 to 30.09.2023)
Total Hours attended by the Student for Spell - V
HOURSP5 Number
(i.e. for the period 01.10.2023 to 20.10.2023)

The CSV file has details of all regular students whose name not appeared in the Regular Spell
Entry such as readmitted students. If any of the student is found missing in the Additional
Regular Students list, please send e-mail to dipexonline@gmail.com for corrective action.

Before uploading the CSV file, please take a printout of the Excel Sheet and verify the
correctness of HOURSP1 to HOURSP5 thoroughly. After upload the excel file, take draft copy
and again verify it. If there is any correction, please use Edit Attendance option to make
corrections. At the end, take Final Copy. Please note after taking final copy, you cannot
upload/edit the Regular Students Attendance.

Do not include/delete any rows in the CSV file. If any student is missing, please send mail
to dipexonline@gmail.com

The module will be activated on 20.10.2023 at 01:00 p.m. and will be deactivated on 25.10.2023
at 05:00 p.m. No extension of time will be given.

The data uploaded in the portal will be final. After uploading, requests for
correction/addition will NOT be entertained.
