Read off the piston iametor from the crown of the now piston. Ifthe piston has already been run, use an outside micrometer to measure from the underside ofthe piston at a nght angle tothe piston axis and deduct the piston diamater from the largasteylindar liner diameter previously measured. The value calculated inthis way Js the piston clearance.
