    To add or renew a clinician license, click on the "Professionals" button. For existing clinicians, search by license number or Emirates ID to renew. For new clinicians, add details including start date, license start date, and license number formatted as required by the regulator. Once updated, inform the Network Team for review and validation. It will take at least 48 hours to reflect the clinician after verification.

    To add Clinician or to Renew a license

    Click Professionals

    For existing Clinician - Search with Clinician License number or Emirates ID to Renew License
    For New Clinician- Add the details as shown in the below screenshots (click the plus sign)
    All the fields to be filled in the below page
    *Start Date- Date of Joining at the facility
    *License Start Date- issuance date as per the regulator
    *License Number- Format as per DHPO/Shafafiya eg.
    MOHD3xxxx
    CS04xx-19
    DHA-P-005xxxx
    MS0xxx-8
    GD19xxx

    Once updated in the portal, inform Network Team to review and validate.
    Post verification it will take minimum of 48 hours to reflect the clinician in the portal
