Dear All ,

Below is the list of collaborated efforts towards the project , that we as residents should seek clarity for efficient billing on CAM and one time re-solution for the pending jobs with Builder. Mentioned aforesaid is
the broader list of major pertinent jobs that needs immediate attention towards the project. Please feel free to add any more pointers that is being missed in the below list .
We foresee savings potential in the CAM Bills raised and some re- organisation of the work schedules of the resources working in maintainence .

Currently Water cost of Tankers per month is in the range of INR 3.5 lacs for the project

Ongoing Contract with Electrical contractor to manage repair works
Intermittent Repairs towards the breakage of main cable
9 Electricity Related Concerns Builder
Project Electricity Bill to be shared for last 6 months
CAM Electricity of INR 180,000 per month to be understood
10 Diesel Consumption and Storage Holding in Tanks Colliers
Monthly spend of 9 lacs per month on Diesel Bills from nearby Diesel Supplier
Audit to be run on Diesel consumption based on DG units Consumption
Caliberator / meter to be installed for Diesel Purchase to monitor the diesel filling
11 DG Purchase with higher load and to be commissioned Builder
DG Is being hired and costed at INR 60,000 per month in the CAM charges
