Crisis Notes

Signed: Minister of Defence, State of Palestine

The crisis at hand concerns several states, one of them being the Stats of Palestine. The State of Palestine is
at a displeasure with the recent developments in the Golan Heights as it deeply affects the security of the
Palestinians and their mission of a separate recognised state.

The attack primarily affects State of Palestine in two manners:

1. Water Crisis
2. Security of Palestinians

UNESCO recently established a Desalination Plant which shall be used to provide water in the Gaza Strip.
The production will be increased for which Arab countries are requested to trade oil with Palestine as there is
a requirement of energy to match the production.

Recently, Jordan built the Aqaba Desalination Plant in the Mediterranean Sea. The State of Palestine requests
Jordan to help West Bank with its water crisis as two Arab nations in a conflict.

NOTE: The aforementioned solutions are proposed anticipating the conflict to de escalate shortly.

For the security of Palestinians, the Palestinian Liberation Organisation had a successful dialogue with the
Syrian Arab Republic and in order to de-escalate the movements by Hezbollah. With Hezbollah involvement
with Syria before, the PLO expects the conflict to end for the following reasons:
1. Hezbollah’s mission and ideology is in accordance with anti-zionism and anti-imperialism and it
should not be affecting Arab Nation to this extent.
2. There are around 20,000 Syrians living in the Golan Heights who have their lives under threat.
3. There will be an intense water crisis in Jordan, Syria and Palestine if Hezbollah continues to stay
over the area of Golan Heights as the Jordan Rivers are blocked.
4. In the West Bank, the areas of Palestinians and Israelis (area A, B and C) are in extreme close
proximity with each other.

NOTE: The Palestinian Liberation Organisation condemns the act of Hezbollah and restates its recognition
of Hezbollah as a non state actor.

As Palestine made efforts de escalating the conflict through dialogues, it also expects Israel to cooperate in
order to end this conflict:
1. The State of Palestine recognises Israel’s right of existence and hence shall make no movements
disrupting the sovereignty of Israel.
2. Israel is requested to not make any counter attacks.
3. Israel is expected to proceed with an air blockade from the north front for the time being.
4. Evacuation of Israelis from northern areas of West Bank to prevent civilian casualties.
5. Reduce restrictions on movement in order to evacuate Palestinians from North Regions.
6. Supply desalinated water to West Bank as Israel is a leading nation with desalination industry.

The State of Palestine, in turn of recognition and support, would welcome all Tunisian, Indian and American
envoys, diplomats and journalists to the city of Ramallah for safety. The city shall provide necessary
measures.
