The Settlor has reserved to himself/herself all the Powers of Investment and Asset Management Functions. The Settlor accepts the
responsibilities that arise to him/her by this reservation and consequent limitation of the Trustee’s liabilities as elucidated in the Deed of Trust
and by application of the Proper Law and the Trustee accepts the trusteeship subject to these reservations.
委託人保留所有投資和資產管理的權力。委託人接受由該保留產生的責任以及信託契約及適用法律中闡明的受託人責任
限制，而受託人則接受上述的保留約束及責任。

The Company does not solicit the sale of or recommend any financial product to the Settlor or where any services is provided with reference
to Settlor’s instruction, to the extent permitted by Law and The Company is not acting as an investment adviser or in a fiduciary capacity to
the Settlor. The Company has not given and will not give any representation, guarantee or other assurance as to the outcome of any investment.
The Settlor should seek his/her independent investment and legal advice.
貴公司在法律允許的範圍內，不會向委託人推銷或推薦任何金融產品。 貴公司提供的任何服務均參照委託人指示而執
行。 貴公司不會作為投資顧問。 貴公司沒有也不會就任何投資作出任何陳述、擔保或其他保證。委託人應尋求其獨立的
投資和法律建議。

I hereby confirm that all instructions given to the Company either in written or in e-electronic communication are my valid instruction and I
indemnify the Company and each of the Associates of the Company in full on demand all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs, charges,
losses, associated interest and penalties, damages, expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and disbursements or otherwise on a full
indemnity basis) or liabilities and losses of whatever nature which may be taken against, sustained, incurred or paid by the Company and its
Associates arising from my instruction.
本人在此確認，本人以書面或電子通訊方式向 貴公司發出的所有指示均為有效的指示，並且應要求向 貴公司和其關聯方
就所有訴訟、索賠、要求、成本、收費、損失、相關利息和罰款、損害賠償、費用（包括但不限於法律費用和支出或以
其他方式全額賠償）或任何因本人的指示而產生可能由 貴公司及其關聯方承擔、承受、招致或支付的責任和損失作全額
賠償。

I agree, understand and accept that the Company may charge a fee to effect the said arrangement.
本人同意、理解並接受 貴公司可以收取執行上述指示的費用。

In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese translation, the English version shall prevail.
若英文本與中文譯本之間有任何歧異，則以英文本為準。
