Ingredients Equipment
large skillet
2 or more tablespoon canola oil, measuring spoons
use whatever oil or fat you measuring cups
have, even bacon grease! large spoon
½ onion, small dice.
cutting board
3 cups frozen, canned, or fresh
knife
vegetables, diced medium
2 to 3 cups cooked rice (white
or brown)
2 large eggs
1-2 cups cooked protein of
choice (use pork, chicken,
shrimp, tofu), optional
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
(or to taste)
