PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

We have a List of all private aircraft in the United States. Most American aircraft are owned by a company but
some are owned by an individual. Our List does not have the actual name of the company or individual that owns
the aircraft. Instead, the List has the name of a special LLC or other legal entity that is used for the purposes of
registering the ownership of the aircraft in the United States. We need to find the name of the real company that
owns the aircraft, the name of the company leader, plus his/her email address and mobile phone number. We
also want to find their LinkedIn URL if possible.

The List has fields that contain the real Company’s physical address and in some cases, a Company Web
Address, Company Email Address and Company Phone Number. The List also has fields for the First and Last
name of a Contact Person, their Title, plus their Email Address and a Phone Number. The Title of the Contact
Person is usually the Title that is associated with the special legal entity that is used to register the aircraft. It may
be, but is most likely NOT the same as the Title that the Contact Person uses at the Company. As an example
the Contact Person’s title on the List may be “Member” or “Manager.” This is different from a title like “CEO” or
“President” that the Contact Person would have at the Company where they work.

PROJECT GOAL:

Use Data Mining, Data Scraping and other tools and techniques to enrich the List with the following information:

1. The name of the COMPANY or INDIVIDUAL that owns the aircraft.

2. The COMPANY WEB ADDRESS and COMPANY OFFICE PHONE NUMBER
3. The EMAIL and MOBILE PHONE for the Contact Person, if it is not already Listed.
4. The COMPANY TITLE (for example, CEO) of the Contact Person.
5. If the Contact Person is not a Leader in the Company (for instance, the CEO or the President), find the
FIRST and LAST NAME of the Leader, the Leader’s TITLE, plus the leader’s EMAIL ADDRESS and
MOBILE PHONE NUMBER, and append this data to the List.
6. A LINKEDIN URL for the Contact Person and/or the Leader.

We will supply you with a test CSV File that has approximately 3,500 records. We would like you to let us know
how many hours plus any special resources you believe will be necessary to complete this test. Please be honest
about how long you think the work can take, we will support you to make sure the project is a success. After
successful enrichment of this test file, we can provide you with more of the same work to complete the project for
all aircraft owners and we can follow with another large project where you will compile Lists of senior leaders of all
of the companies that you identify in this project. THANK YOU!
